Born in the Philippines and migrated with his parents to the U.S. when he was 4 years old, Russell Rufino has spent most of his high school and college summers traveling back and forth from Manila to Los Angeles. Co-founder of U.S. based marketing and events company, BLUFIZZ® - Russell has been producing top-notch industry events for almost 20 years. His entrepreneurial passion in events, marketing, branding, and promotions has gained credibility in Hollywood and continues to raise the bar when it comes to innovative and creative ways to captivate the target market. Russell has the touch when it comes to giving the audience what entertains them.
He started out by producing and promoting Hollywood night club events in 2001 with his brother Richie, and has worked with world-class talents - including djs, artists, and celebrities, numerous venues, and brands. Some of Russell’s notable projects include the 1st official Manny Pacquiao fight after-party in Planet Hollywood Casino, Las Vegas and followed with the 2nd official fight after-party at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas; red carpet special events including members of the Black Eyed Peas in Hollywood, and founded and produced the Miss Beauty of the Philippines pageant at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. Recently, he spearheaded a street marketing campaign for Ford Motors to promote their new Ford Fusion Energy car in California. He's produced numerous fashion shows, car shows, charity events, and has helped revolutionize countless corporate events for Primerica in Marina Del Rey, CA.
His leadership skills and team recruiting capabilities is a key factor in what makes his team’s projects unique and successful events. His new venture with RUSL Enterprises in the Philippines seeks to innovate the marketing and events industry.
